NicholasExtremely disappointing experience at Pastamania JEM. Our main course was served without any cutlery, leaving us with no way to eat our pasta until we managed to get someone's attention. This basic oversight should never happen in a restaurant. To make matters worse, the bread and soup set arrived only after the main course had already been served. A set meal should be served in the proper order, not as an afterthought. The pizza was also unacceptable. Parts of the crust were heavily charred, and there was a distinct burnt, bitter taste that suggested old carbon residue had built up in the pizza oven. It gave the impression that the oven had not been cleaned properly for some time. Overall, this was a poorly managed dining experience with substandard food quality and service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously by improving staff training, food preparation standards, and kitchen hygiene.

Disappointing.This my second time ordering this thinking it would be better but it’s not. Services all was good but the food is a disappointment.
XY CWe ordered Foodpanda delivery and got the salted egg chicken spaghetti (SGD15), waffle potatoes (SGD5.90) and 7-inch truffle mushrooms pizza (SGD13). All items arrived and waiting time was reasonable. I ate the pasta and it tasted super bland which was a different experience (delicious) I had from another nearby Pastamania branch.
