Koh Siew TinMy order id: SOCO0411049 I had ordered on 11 April 2025 at 1.46pm an A3 Aglio Olio with prawn and added with sauteed mushrooms. Opted for an eggless Liguine pasta. My remarks was no cheese, less oil and less garlic. I waited for about 10 minutes and I happened to saw the staff who was preparing my order, did not fry together with the prawn and the sauteed mushrooms which they did when it was first opened at compass one. They just added the side ingredients into the pasta. Then, when I got home and opened the packaging, I saw the entire pasta was very oily. I was disappointed, I didn't gave it much thoughts as I didn't want to waste food. I ate the entire order. The next moment, I just knew it was very hard for me to digest as I was quite full. I didn't ate much for dinner on that day. The next day, when I woke up, I started feeling nauseas. I had a lost of appetite. I started to eat very light foods. However, to my dismay, I woke up today, preparing to head for work, to my dismay, I ended up vomitting. I will be seeing a doctor shortly as my body is feeling very weak now. I am unable to upload my order photo and also did not take photo of how my pasta looked like when I was about to eat. I don't even know what I should do on this. I just know for a fact that writing this review, is to warn others to think twice before ordering from this outlet. I hope the management can look into this matter. Hopefully, retrained the staffs. Restore back as to when it was just started.
Jasmine MongDecided to give this a go because how bad can pasta be right? After reading the reviews I decided to try it myself. Was expecting them to put the pasta and ingredients in the pan and fry with the sauce like how other pasta places would do. But the components were separated. Got the bolognese. Sauce was okay. Broccoli was pale and colourless. Not sure how long the broccoli was left outside since it oxidize until colour was gone. I saw them cooking fresh batches of broccoli that looks good but wasn’t given any of them. Worst was the noodles as they don’t taste anything like pasta. Tasted like Chinese noodles. If I want fresh pasta next time I would rather go somewhere else. 10.20 for noodles like this. No way.
