🍝 Food & Taste: Ordered the prawn aglio olio and it was divine. I didn’t expect this fresh pasta that is so reasonably priced to be so delicious. The flavours enhanced by the garlic was pleasant. People who do not like garlic will be pleasantly surprised that it doesn’t have that pungent taste of garlic. This place is so underrated. The pasta portion is good. I would definitely come back to try the other flavours with the other fresh pasta types. Update: Tried the mala pasta with another pasta type and it was great too. I always love the fresh pasta texture. 📍 Place: Conveniently located very near the entrance or exit of HarbourFront MRT. Would recommend takeaway because not many seating space available. Still as good 🤵🏻 Service: Great. 💰 Price: $10.10 with extra pasta and sauce 🐣Waiting Time: Surprisingly short waiting time after order is placed.. The staff cooks very fast 👍🏼👍🏼
Walked in at approximately 11:30 a.m. and ordered a Carbonara with extra sauce, pasta, and cheese. There were four staff members working in the outlet, yet several tables had not been wiped down. The food was served lukewarm, which may explain why the sauce was unusually runny. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only issue. The Carbonara was bland and lacked flavour, and there were barely any bacon bits in the dish. This isn't my first time dining here, but it was by far my most disappointing experience. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to both food quality and overall dining standards in the future.
Attracted by the stall’s fresh pasta signage, I decided to try their pink sauce pasta and requested it to be cooked softer. Unfortunately, it came out extremely al dente. They were kind enough to redo it, but the taste was still rather subpar, with a strange aftertaste that didn’t resemble the usual Italian pasta sauce flavours. Nevertheless, the crew was friendly and accommodating. However, this flavour profile isn’t something I’m used to.
