DPOrdered Hot Skinny Cappuccino, Cheese Tart, and Matcha Royal Pudding. Coffee was good, but not hot enough, although I requested for extra hot and the staff acknowledged it but when it served, it was lukewarm only. Matcha Royal Pudding was good, quite strong matcha flavour. Cheese Tart was okay too. Service can be improved in terms of customer’s custom request to the order. Cafe ambience is good and comfy. Next visit: Ordered Iced Cappuccino, it was good and smooth. Well balanced between the coffee and the milk.
s gOrdered 3 cakes here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. They were all very pretty and tasted quite good as well. Service was good, they provided a candle with match sticks. Seats were in the open area so bright and airy.
Cheong LoongA good centralised location for a drink n some light food to get charged up after a meal or shopping. The cake selection is tempting from the display as complimented by some lady tourists. For takeaways, there is a good selection of fresh bread n pasteries. The current stall promo is a hot coffee of choice n piece of the special cake at $13.50, a bargain to attract tired customers to sit down for a coffee break . The shop has a good crowd, so a queue barrier or signage can clear customers faster in the front area . If not , impatient customers will walk away. Also better to make duty clear for the staff during peak time, so as to have a better work flow . Happy staff = Happy customers, improve business.
