E LI am writing this review with disappointment after a very concerning experience at this outlet. While eating a sandwich purchased here, I bit into a sharp plastic fragment hidden inside the food. The object was hard and pointed enough to potentially cause injury, and I had to stop eating immediately. I have attached photos for reference. I understand that mistakes can happen in food preparation, but finding a foreign object like this in ready-to-eat food is unacceptable and raises serious food safety concerns. This could have caused real harm if swallowed. I hope the management will take this matter seriously, investigate the source of the contamination, and review quality control procedures to ensure this does not happen to other customers. I look forward to seeing responsible follow-up from the team, as customer safety should always come first.
