Dinesh KumaranI don’t usually write reviews, but the service I received at Paris Baguette (Bedok Mall) today really impressed me. I came in to dine in and also order a takeaway, mushroom soup and pizza to have there, and a salad to take home. Siti attended to me, and when I gave my order she suggested keeping the salad aside so I could pick it up when I was about to leave. That was really thoughtful. Usually staff just want to clear your order and move on to the next customer, but she went the extra mile. To my surprise, her colleague Haresh recognised me and mentioned he’d seen me at the outlet a few times. He asked if I was a member, which I didn’t even know they had. I was impressed that they notice regular faces and took the time to tell me about the membership. Outstanding service from the team at Paris Baguette Bedok Mall. I’ll definitely be back. They’ve hired the right people, keep up the great work!
Howcan EatsThis outlet is fast becoming one of my favourite places for a healthy weekday lunch. While it was the cold brew Americano that got me hooked, with its deep roasted notes and an almost chocolatey aftertaste, ultimately it was the exemplary service of the staff that kept me coming back. Haresh and the team are friendly, professional and their effort to get know their patrons is evident in their interactions.
Grace ChanA comfortable pitstop with good choice of light mains, baked items and cakes for the mid day. I usually go for their iced Americanos - a good fix for caffeine refueling x humid weather. A quick chat with the patient barista who recommended their matcha espresso latte. It came prettily crafted in 3 layers 🤩 Yum in separates, also nice when mixed. Their coffee blend goes well with the matcha; and still a good matcha finishing note
