  I was here today (1 March 2026) for coffee and dessert. It was my first time visiting this Paris Baguette outlet in West Mall, which I believe it only quite recently opened at this shopping mall. As usual when I am at other Paris Baguette outlets, I ordered here today, a "Cake & Drink Set" comprising my usual Cappuccino Hot and for today, a Shine Muscat Mousse Cake as it was on promotion. The Cappuccino as always was very good. The Shine Muscat Mousse Cake was decadently rich and super yummy. SEE PHOTOS HEREIN. Service at this outlet was very good - friendly courteous and helpful. The dining ambience here was very nice.

  First time visiting this outlet. Staff Azie realised that I was entitled to a pudding cos of my membership tier, and came up to me to ask if I wanted to redeem it. This is definitely service. I have always enjoyed the food here. Ingredients in the salads are substantial and the combination is delicious. The dressings are on the side, so you can put the amount you like to have in your salad. Cakes and buns are something that I enjoy too.

  Came back to this festive outlet to inquire about Christmas cake. Wonderfully lady Ali patiently answered all questions about the cakes. Was not aware of early bird 10% off, thankfully she let me know. It really helped with my Christmas planning. 👍👍👍
