This is one of the few eateries in Far East Sq that is open on Sunday evening and I went without much expectation but was l pleasant surprised by the quality of the dishes. The Ayam Gulai is really good, Tahu Telur is also sedap (delicious) and the stir fried long beans plus the eggplant, both served with sambal sauce are cooked perfectly. Rendang is also excellent. The spice level is fairy tempered which makes the food suitable for those with a lower heat threshold. Rice that is served in a banana leaf packet is also a nice touch. Friendly service, clean interiors, reasonable price.
This place came recommended to us from a local and it was so delicious! First time my boyfriend and I both had Indonesian food and everything was so flavorful and well-priced. The service was quick and the employees were so friendly. Such a hidden gem.
The food here was delicious as usual. The beef rendang was the best among the dishes we ordered. The meat was tender and the sauce goes well with the rice. The tahu teloh (fried beancurd) was the second best dish I liked here. Sambal Kang Kong was delicious too.
