terrible ordering system and portion size. I went to dabba street originally because I really wanted to eat that. but at the kiosk, I could order from the other vendors as well. somehow, the kiosk marked every dabba street item as “sold out”, and so I thought dabba street wasn’t available, and proceeded to order ordinary burgers. after I paid, I realised people were having dabba street which left me confused, but I just sat there and waited for my order. I waited for very long before confirming with the staff that my order was received. the staff then told me that ordinary burgers orders are to be collected at the other store, which was a short 2min walk away. I really don’t understand this. why would you let me order something from a different location? i don’t care if the vendors are under the same brand. if I order something from this shop, I expect to get it here. and the situation wasn’t helping when i’m hungry and tired. so I just went to the other store and collected my order, which was already cold by then because of this ridiculous ordering system. of course the portion size was just as disappointing, and at this point i’m just speechless. not only did I not get what I wanted originally, I had to go through this ordeal just to eat something that I didn’t really feel like eating, plus it was cold and not filling. by the way tell me if this burger is worth $8.90 to you

Southern Buttermilk Chicken taste OKAY. Upsize to large onion rings definitely no brainer. But it takes a very long time to prepare even thought only a few persons ahead. Customer service is non existent. The staff working seems very low energy 🥲

Flavor 3 stars. Portion 2 stars — it’s a really small burger. What I liked most? Beef patty was juicy. But due to the construction of the burger, and the packaging, a lot of those nice juices just dripped away, all over the table top. Waited about 10min for the burger on a Monday at 11.30am. Truly ordinary.
