Mee siam is always yummy, sweet & sour gravy . Portion just nice. ***************************************** After reading the reviews, i was ready to be treated like stated. Bought mee siam for breakfast at about 6.55am. The lady at the counter, wearing glasses entertained customers patiently. Eventhough she was held up with some glitches, she handled public calmly. She made the whole waiting time a pleasant one. Food served hot, noticed some over fried.
Abdullah BamadhajVery poor service at Old Chang Kee, Joo Koon Circle. I wanted to place an order, but the staff just ignored me and made me wait around 10 minutes before attending to me. There was no proper acknowledgement, no “please wait”, nothing. Customers should not have to stand there wondering whether the staff is going to take their order or not. Food may be okay, but the service experience was disappointing. Please improve staff attentiveness and customer service.
