Dear Old Chang Kee Management, I would like to raise a concern regarding the service at your outlet located at the Caltex station opposite Jurong West Swimming Complex. Today between 7:20–7:30 PM, I was attended by a staff member with short hair (name tag appeared to be Chong Bee Cheng). What concerns me most is the way customers are being attended to. When I approached the counter and placed my order, the staff continued doing her own tasks and did not acknowledge what I said. It made me feel as though I was talking to myself, as there was no response or confirmation that my order was heard. I do not mind if staff are busy, but a simple acknowledgement such as “okay” or “please wait a moment” would make the interaction clearer and more respectful. Unfortunately, this is not a one-time incident. I have experienced similar behaviour at this outlet several times before, which is why I felt it was necessary to raise this feedback. I hope management can look into this matter and review the service standards at this outlet.
Nice, been eating here for the past 15 years. After intense analysis, I can conclude that curry puffs are not inflation-proof.
Convenient for residents and motorists to get hot snacks
