Mark TohChecked on the website 9am open, when to the shop around 8:40am, waited till 9:15am. Upon asking the chinese staff she claim that they open at 10am. Tried to show her the open time, refuse to see. Told her I need the 26 curry puff for urgent use for morning as there is VIP coming to our store but refuse to serve and say she doesn't have the key to open the counter. Best is the curry puff is even ready at the display area. So the main question is, the staff set the timing to open or Old Chang Kee, if it is Old Chang Kee, why is the shop not open yet and if it is 10am, why isn't the website timing changed to prevent such incident, as a customer i felt stupid waiting for nothing and that stuff is so rude, rude in a sense not talking loudly but don't even want to see the timing i trying to show her and keep walking around, while talking to me.
Joyce JoyfulThe curry puff, sausages and chicken wings I bought were cold. Why were they cold? I would say probably they were only about 20% warm when I held them in my hand. I couldn't differentiate whether it was the heat from my hand or what. I came around 12pm. What has happened to the ock standard? The standard kept dropping while prices were increasing.
