Otto GohI will first thank Old Chang Kee for organising this SAF day promotion for NSFs and Safra members, the Camo Puff was really good and quite generous on the filling having it out 2 for $4.50. :) However, I had an extremely unpleasant and upsetting experience with a staff member working there. Around early 1600 hours, I wanted to purchase these puffs and was greeted by an aunty who's around 60 at the counter who had a condescending face, as if she were unhappy that I was there. I proceeded to ask to buy these puffs, but she harshly demanded I show my 11B, which I had forgotten but had my camp pass for, she was really upset and started to use her phone, and it was really uncomfortable. I then saw that it was also for Safra members, and I showed her the Safra e-card, and there she was, doing the same thing. Today was dedicated to service members, yet it made it really unsettling and uncomfortable for me. Honestly, this was not what I was expecting, and other people in the reviews seem to share the same views as me :(.
Hello ChesterThe Chinese old lady was rude and unhelpful. I told her i couldn't hear her over her mask and she look more annoyed after i said that. Are u discriminating to other races? Coz the previous customers before me where Chinese and you were fine in serving them. So little cheese for almost $4?! Its daylight robbery Old chang kee your food have went downwards if this is how you train your staffs to attend to your paying customers! Lack of service and definitely lack of food experiences!

I understand that y'all didn't get much paid. But please show the care. Don't all staff at the front for show case. At the back all like abandoning it. I understand if there's a break given. But this service had shown me how untrustworthy the staff there which I'm afraid to buy anything. Incase they might show me other signs that I would need to call some authority against this. Would gave negative review.. But honestly I don't understand what's the point writing this after a lot of the customer were treat the same garbage. Showing some tantrum.
