Curry gravy was thick but not fragrant enough. Laksa was good.
Came to woodlands health for a medical appointment.. Took a quickie lunch at this old chang kee with dine in opinion. Their prices are quite reasonable, comparable to outside foodcourt prices. The curry chicken served has nice presentation, with 2 lettuce underneath and some curry leaves sprinkled on top. But tastewise, it is quite a letdown.. Had expected it to taste v good, given they are known for their legendary curry puffs w delicious fillings. The curry gravy is v thick , not much taste of spices.. The chicken meat tasteless.. I did not finish it, felt that it is not worth the calories.. Not recommended
Order their mee siam with prawn and coffee C koso. Mee Suam soup was so salty, so I ask for a cup of hot water to dilute it. I was being charged $0.50 for the cup of hot water!!! Shouldn't you be checking on your food quality for Healthier version??
