Emmeline SuenIt’s Sunday 15 March 5.15pm. I was with my young son and ordered one stick of fishballs and 2 sesame balls and asked for the price as the price of sesame balls was not shown. The Chinese lady gave me 2 fishballs sticks and 1 sesame ball and said $5.70. I repeated my order so that she can get it right and asked her for the price again. She rudely said it’s the same price but did not amend my items so I told her my order a third time. While she was switching out the items, my son asked me what happened so I told him that the auntie gave me the wrong items. She then raised her voice at me saying “I know and it’s the same price” in Mandarin while her Malay colleague tried to explain to her that I was speaking with my son. I explained to her in Mandarin that I was answering my sons’s question. She gave me a stare, with no apologies. A very bad experience. Very bad service. OCK ought to do something about this.
Sarah HengHad a terrible encounter with a lady(lady w spec) at the counter. Tone and attitude were real bad, as you know, some signage weren't clear as to what fried food is which. Wanted to ask what was that. But her annoyed and rude tone turn us away. Hate to say but this kind of attitude really turn customer away even if the food is good.
