Shyda YoursenoritaaI had a bad experience at Old Chang Kee AMK Hub just now around 4pm-ish. When I was making payment, the cashier mistakenly assumed I wanted to pay by NETS. I was holding out cash and did not even take out my card, so I’m not sure why that assumption was made. When I handed her cash, she told me, “I think next time you better pay by NETS so it’s easier for me.” I was confused and responded “Huh?” because I didn’t understand what she meant. She then repeated herself but raised her voice at me in a rude tone. I felt this was unprofessional and unnecessary, especially since the misunderstanding was not my fault. It made for a very unpleasant customer experience. I couldn’t catch the cashier’s name, but I hope Old Chang Kee AMK Hub can provide proper customer service training to ensure staff communicate respectfully with customers and handle payment misunderstandings more professionally.
