WL LeeI was happy OCK is finally open but my very first visit was marred by a blur auntie who spent much time fiddling with her cashier equipment instead of serving me and other customers. And the other staff were also oblivious and not tending to us.
faith sooI had a fantastic encounter with a staff named Jasmine. I visited the store to preorder a large number of curry o's to be collected early in the morning. Jasmine was really helpful and she accommodated to my needs at the expense of her own by waking up extra early to help me fulfil my order. She was also really friendly and personable which brightened up my morning too. As a person who is also working in the service industry, acts like these encourages myself to do my best for each of my customers too. I sincerely hope for Jasmine to receive the acknowledgement she definitely deserves. Thank you Jasmine, for going the extra mile!
