purple unicornVisited OCK at Jewel this morning (10/2/2026) to grab a quick snack before picking up a family member from T1. I usually enjoy patronising Jewel outlets as I believe they uphold a high standard, especially since Jewel often leaves either a first or last impression of Singapore. Unfortunately, today’s experience was disappointing. The staff on duty was present but unengaging, which I could overlook. However, the real issue was the food. After finishing my hash brown, I noticed wet dust residue at the bottom of the packaging. This was quite unpleasant and raises concerns about hygiene! I hope the team can be more careful when preparing and checking packaging to maintain the standards Jewel is known for.
EatlikepandaTheir signature curry puff is quite big, abundant filling and really tasty. It's crisp outside and really tender and moist inside. Eat it while hot is really recommended.
Stkh 0305I could not find the location for T3 hence will be leaving a review here as a precaution for others. Bought OCK curry puffs from many locations before but today’s takeaway was really disappointing. First bite into the curry puff tasted sourish not the usual slightly spicy. Dismissed it and took another 2 more bites and finally determined it was spoilt. Had tummy upset after that… Do not understand why can’t the expired curry puffs be discarded? It was only afternoon and the puffs are stale. Not worth it that your customers losing faith in your products
