HiroMUsed to support OCK alot. Their taste has never dropped. Unfortunately a recent incident has put me off with this franchise. In the curry puff was a strand of hair..I took photo and gave my feedback to the store. All I got was just stares and say its factory issue. I told them if they wanted the photo to report to their manager or office..they couldn't be bothered and said once I complain online it's done. So here I am . Sad customer experience ..
Hui Ling WongBought the deep fried chicken wing earlier this afternoon. The meat inside had this very strong blood smell and weird taste like as if its not cooked properly. Very disappointing!
