Barbette StraussOur very first trip to this branch as we rarely move around that area. Love love love the service from the young lady who speaks with a PRC accent. She was very nice, helpful & patient when we couldn't find the grab rewards from our phone. She waited very patiently for us to surf through the maze of information in the grab apps while we stood at a corner in the shop so that she could serve other customers. When we finally found the 2 reward vouchers, it was really so nice of her to introduce the types of puffs she had in her shop. We observed that there was quite a constant flow of customers even though the shop has been unfortunately, blocked by the huge pillar supporting the MRT tracks. If the shop has been located in one of the more conspicuous neighbouring units, we believe that business would have been even better for this branch. The sardine and chicken curry puffs were delicious. Highly recommended!
MrAAlthough their operating hours until 9pm, they stop entertaining customers at 845pm. The staff said that she needed time to count the money for accounting sake算帐. When I finally purchased the curry puff two days ago, it was really tiny and no longer value for money. If this was from central kitchen, it shows that the standard has dropped tremendously and the management is only interested in making more profits with lesser ingredients.
