Came across this Indonesian food when I had Bak Chor Mee breakfast on its next door. Attracted with the smell of fried chicken when I passed through to get my Kopi C kosong, so I decided to buy the Nasi Ayam Penyet back home. The nasi or the steamed rice is chicken rice as seen from the photo. They put chicken broth, pandan leaves, lemongrass and it looks like galangal on it too. The fried chicken is tender, juicy and fragrant with the Nusantara bumbu. Chili sambal is not so spicy for me. Hahaa.. It comes with fried tofu, tempeh and soup. Overall is good and I will come back again to try other dishes that they have (lontong, Mee Siam, nasi lemak...) PS. Regulars came over here as seen how they conversed in a super casual way of chit chatting. Hahaha... Happy Saturday😉😉
