Bbte OngI always felt very thankful to few staffs in here. Not all are frdly n helpful esp towards young seniors.. A big thank you to Ms Rena in UNITY. Since Covid , she has been helping me guiding me wf my queries. Today I hv been walking up n down the aisles to look for the empty travellers containers. Although she’s staff in unity , I approached her asking for her guidance. Without doubts, she led me to the row , shampoo n accessories row,showed me what I wanted. She helped me beyond her ‘territory’ . Thank you to you n may god bless you in ur career , Ms Rena
Goh Geok EngI went to NUTC FP (Bedok Central) this morning to get my groceries. At the self-checkout payment area, I saw the 2 lady staff worked tirelessly helping customers to do checkout as some of the elderly person are not quite tech savvy, and coupled with some senior waiting for them to approve their senior discount @ the self-checkout machine. The staff worked very hard running around to cater the custoners’ request. I would like to commend the 2 lady staff for their good work attitude. May be FP can consider the crowd and deploy one more staff to help up during the Mon to Wed (senior discount offer) peak hours, so customers will not have to wait too long for the service staff to attend to them. I would to add another encounter last week. After scanned all my grocery items, I waved to a service staff to approve my senior discount,but the staff seemed cannot see me waving to her. She stationed near the counter @the exit. I was very grateful an elderly staff came from behind to help me. Thanks and appreciate her help.
