I guess he overheard that I was looking for the magnum chocolate nutty flavour, which out of stock. After he done stock up magnum plain chocolate flavours. Never expected he come out with 1 last packet of magnum almond chocolate flavour. Thank you so much being attentive toward customer needs,keep up a good work you being amazing. Didn't manage to get his name.
Siyao MiThe staff member was very rude. This morning, I asked an employee (wearing an NTUC uniform, with a ponytail, about 50 years old—an aunty) whether I could buy a whole carton of fresh milk. She responded angrily and said no. I don’t understand why she was so upset, as if I owed her something. I asked her very politely. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my phone with me at the time. I will go again tomorrow to take a photo of her. I hope NTUC can properly train your staff.
NapWonderful service, excellent on the assistant to the customers when we will at the store. I visited this NTUC weekly for my house groceries,rather taking a LRT to oasis than going just nearby my house ntuc Punggol plaza . Oasis ntuc team never disappoint me on in store in stocks and home delivery. Well done to all of u here. Keep this up.
