On 1 July 2026, between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM, my elderly mother accidentally knocked into a passerby and fell onto the floor inside the store. The immediate care, timely assistance, and genuine concern shown by the staff deeply touched our hearts. I want to specially commend Mr. Manteo for his exceptional thoughtfulness and care. He quickly brought over two chairs—one for my mother and one for me—and helped lift my mother safely from the floor. He checked if she was dizzy, asked if she needed an ambulance, and gave her plenty of time to rest and recover from the pain. He went above and beyond by offering warm water and reminding us that he was working nearby and looking out for us if we needed anything else. Ms. Zhi Yi also kindly stepped over to check on my mother’s well-being and offered her warm water. Additionally, the Branch Manager personally came by to ensure my mother was alright. In this stressful moment, their kindness, professionalism, and warmth provided immense comfort to both my mother and me. Thank you so much to Manteo, Zhi Yi, and the Branch Manager for looking after your shoppers so beautifully. You are a credit to NTUC!!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍
Angela ChongStaff is generally helpful even to some less-than-courteous customers. Some mornings, it is challenging to pick up items, having to navigate between trolleys manned by staff re-stocking, customers with supermarket trolleys & personal trolleys. A particularly unpleasant experience is when i was picking some packs of thawed chicken breasts and the packs are slimy, like the liquid in the pack have seeped out of the plastic clingwrap.
GabrielThis 24/7 NTUC is huge and sells almost anything and everything from household items to groceries. An enjoyable time shopping here at 2am whem theres literally nobody here and you have the entire supermarket to yourself. No queue too! Great variety of everything. Google review only allow 50 pictures and its insufficient to capture every section here.
