For vegans and vegetarians, there are plenty of plant-based options like dairy-free cheese, milk, meat, ice cream etc; besides tofu, fruits and vegetables. There’s even a traditional Medical Hall kiosk selling different types of herbal tea.

When we visited the store to collect our two XO bottles for our Guo Da Li preparations, Mr Chong attended to us with exceptional care and professionalism. He was very polite, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process, ensuring everything was handled smoothly. His courteous attitude and genuine willingness to help made the experience very pleasant for us during this important occasion. In fact, his level of service stood out as it is not something we commonly encounter, and it truly left a strong impression on us. Mr Chong is certainly one of the most courteous and service-oriented NTUC staff members I have come across. His professionalism and dedication to customer service deserve recognition.
