Gainzterhorrible horrible service. I came to the shop today ant 230pm where there are literally no orders so it’s not busy at all and wanted to try for the first time. Never ordered before so not sure how. then i came to the cashier and saw there was this sign placed RIGHT ON TOP of the menu. i didn’t read it but it was basically saying we are busy so order online. ok maybe my fault that i didn’t read that but i just ask the cashier in a very nice tone, “hello can i order please?” she rolled her eyes and take the sign that was on top of the menu and SLAMMed it to the side. then ask me “what u want?” then the face was just black and can tell she basically hates her job and don’t even wanna bother. the thing is, if you needed me to order online u could have just nicely said “ohh scan to order” that would be it. why do u need to slam the sign being so pissed that i order in person? after that i paid and waited for my number. mind u i was the ONLY customer then and standing right infront of the shop not away. so the same staff took my food and just throw it on the table. without calling my number or anyth just throw it on the table and just left. then i walked up i asked “hello is this mine?” i asked cause idk whether is it food panda order or what right? then she just ignore me with no reply. i have to take it up and check the side sticker to make sure it’s the one i order then i took it and left. i used to be a service staff too hence i know it’s not easy to work in one. however, i wasn’t rude to begin with and i asked nicely but was treated like that. If you hate your job so much, just quit and find another job, don’t end up making the company lose another customer just because of ur horrible customer service. Cashier name is CORRY.
Eunice EuniceFood is nice. I’ve already ordered twice and will definitely order again. The pickup waiting time is usually less than 10 minutes as stated on their ordering website. However, during peak hours, the waiting time may be longer than 10 minutes.
A.H HStaff are so detail and nice. Explained to us the menu and what is good. Definitely recommended!
