New Hawa Restaurant. Still maintained quality food since the 80s. But sadly for this restaurant, there was a change in the chicken rice soup. Not tasty like previous years. Still have exactly the type of variety foods. The workers mostly malays. Nevertheless, a good location and expect crowds over the weekends due to pasar goers....

After a shopping spree in Geylang serai, and looking for a best place to dine? You may try New Hawa restaurant. They served a wide range of food & dishes .Thou, we were there almost 11pm,most food are still available. We bought cheese fries, nasi goreng pattaya, beef fried rice,fried char kway teow & sweet & sour chicken with rice and drinks, all that pricing approximately sgd$40+ We consider the price reasonable & taste were average good. Service was good & fast, and we waited less than 15 min for our meal.

Sambal fried rice, mixed vegetables, furong egg omelette was delicious and flavorful! Worth every dollar. I found them via foodpanda. 👍🏼
