Motian LuaI was very disappointed with my meal. The chicken wing was not burnt, but the meat itself was black and bluish inside. It looked abnormal and made me feel uncomfortable about eating it. I couldn’t finish it because I was concerned about the quality and freshness of the chicken. I hope the restaurant will improve its food quality control to prevent this from happening again.
Joyceline TayMy father regularly buys fried rice with one egg for $2.20. Today, he was charged $2.70 for the exact same item by a Malay auntie. When he questioned the price difference, she turned to her colleague and, speaking in Malay, saying it was because he is Chinese. (Lucky my daddy can speak Malay. If not, he won't be able to understand their conversation). In short, Chinese have to pay extra 50 cents!! This behavior is discriminatory and completely unacceptable. No one should be treated differently based on their race.
D Gabriel SThe place is generally clean but no service because it's self-service. I ordered the rice with mutton and it was $8.50 with just one piece of mutton that was rubbery and neither well-cooked nor marinated. If I ever go back, I'll try the ramli burger.
