Isaiah LimWent to the Jewel outlet to buy their chewy cookies as gifts on the 12th of April around 7pm. They weren’t on display, so I asked the staff and was told they had some at the back. Based on that, I bought six pieces. Unfortunately, when I got home, I was really disappointed. The cookies didn’t come with the usual branding sticker like my previous purchase, which already felt a bit off. More concerning was the condition, some cookies looked stale and poorly stored, almost like they had been sitting there for days. Honestly quite disappointing, especially since I’ve had better experiences before. Hope the team can look into their quality control.
