Would like to compliment the staffs on duty during 13th feb evening as they were approachable and helpful. I really like the mint chocolate cookie that i ordered as it not overly sweet , overall it was a good spot to chill and relax.

Bought the pistachio and cookies DCC. Both was rly good, was crunchy and creamy, pistachio v fragrant, slightly sweet, big enough. Prefer the pistachio as it was more complex the flavor, slightly fragrant. Cookies and cream taste like oreo, but mainly just sweet.

Chanced upon Nasty Cookies’ newest venture Nasty Bakehouse whilst in Marina Square. Managed to secure the currently viral croissant cookie (crookie) original flavour. Got their other viennoiseries as well since there’s a 3 bakes for $16 promo. Lady behind the counter gave instructions on how to store it as I was planning to gift 1 box to a friend the next day. Got home and warmed the crookie, kaya and banoffee. Initial thought was the lack of cookie dough appearance for the crookie. Taste wise, it was so good. Flakiness of croissant and the oh-so-goodness cookie. Looks decadent but it wasn’t overly sweet. Such a nice treat. Kaya toast looks wow. Tasted good as well. Good amount of kaya that didn’t make the pastry to cloying (jelak). Banoffee danish was delectable too. Good balance of flavour from the filling to sauce and also the banana. Overall all three pastries were good and hit their mark. Same sentiments given by my friend who works in pastry.
