Bought 2 packs with exactly the same ingredients/dishes (1 beehoon and 1 beehoon and kuay tiao mix; 1 egg, 1 chicken wing each pack)and when the cashier show $3.8 I thought $7.60 but she give me $1.60 return change.

The new Malay aunty asked me again, but gave a very rude attitude and face when I repeated “soup separate”. Then she replied, “You never tell me.” If you couldn’t hear clearly, you could have just asked politely instead of being nasty first thing in the morning and spoiling customers’ mood. At that point, the soup wasn’t even packed separately yet. This is the first time I replied back because I had already informed the other aunty while you were standing beside taking the order. After I said that, you kept quiet. Customers come to buy food, not to get attitude for a simple request.
