My elderly mum arrived at 1.45pm yesterday, 14 May 2026. She was told to return in an hour's time at 2.45pm to order - I clearly heard this as she was on the phone with me to ask for my order. So my motther waited around the area. When she came back to the stall at about 2.30pm to check, she was surprised to see people being served with their orders. When she asked again, she was told it was already sold out. There was no service recovery at all. No apology for the oversight or miscommunication. Terrible experience for my mother especially since she waited around for 45 min after being informed by the stall earlier. In future, would suggest to the stall to be clearer on the order timing/process and honour what they inform customers.

I decided to try this place on a wet Saturday morning. The queue was rather long, and it grew even longer when I waited for my food to be prepared. I must say that I have some reservation on this food - the rice does taste fragrant, but the chicken was rather cold. The sambal, which is their signature is on the sweet side which is fine for me but may not be to the liking of others. The dish itself was just rice and chicken with some cucumbers (more like the Chinese chicken rice). The price I paid for my food was reasonable.

Extremely disappointing service. Due to your staff's miscommunication, my elderly parents ended up waiting for close to an hour in vain, with no apology or service recovery offered. While it’s clear your business has a strong customer base since your food sells out quickly (the stall seemed to sell out by early afternoon on the days my parents visited), customer experience clearly isn’t your priority. After this experience, we definitely won’t be returning or recommending this business.
