So delicious omg! The staff gave us so much perinaise haha! The service was amazing!! The staff were so incredibly friendly and fast! Mila was very friendly! JielyneWanted a light meal and tried the wingettes. The flavor was okay, but they were pretty small and the presentation didn’t really stand out. The coleslaw, though—loved it. The skewers were the highlight of the meal; honestly, I should’ve just ordered more of those. Staff were friendly and the ambiance was great overall.
Des CHad one of the most unpleasant experience in the restaurant on a Friday afternoon. We were there for lunch as a family and I picked out the chicken tenders amongst the other cuts for a quick lunch and easy eat without going through the bones (a personal preference). What was presented as the chicken tenders in the online menu and the actual size of the 'tenders' - I'll leave the photos here for all to judge. When we approached the manager and kitchen on how the sizes differ, they offered a service recovery for another portion of the tenders - BUT this was not before the manager left snide remarks to my wife saying "The portion is small, THAT'S WHY IT IS THE CHEAPEST ITEM ON THE MENU". Wow, just wow. Not how I would describe items on a menu if I ran a restaurant - and weren't the options deliberate for diners to enjoy different parts of the chicken? Totally left a sour taste in our mouth and ruin the mood of our meal. Would never step back into this Nandos venue, nor any in the near future.
