Fazal Mahmud RoniFinally we had Nandos’s at Bugis Station. Very easy to locate. Just take entry through taxi pick up stand B1 and go straight. The food is still good and restaurant is clean. We had full chicken with hot flavour, spicy rice, fries and wedges as sides. Also ordered peri honey yuzu wings and tropical fruit drink. Service was good but staff behaviour could be more friendly.
Cutie CuThe peri-peri chicken is always very tasty and super juicy — it never disappoints. This time I ordered the Happy Trio Chicken Bowl and I finished everything on my plate. Love how most of the staff will greet you with a "welcome" as you walk in. That "welcome" chorus makes a difference. Service was also fast. Shoutout to the young male staff with specs who served my order really well. He is polite, alert and helpful. Just 1 small thing for improvement: I noticed the cashier held the glass very close to the rim/mouth of the glass when passing my drink. For hygiene, maybe staff can be reminded to hold glasses by the base/side instead. Still one of my go-to chicken though! It's consistently delicious. The chicken goes with everything — sides, wraps, salad, rice, you name it. That said, I would still 100% come back.
Chathuranga WijesingheFood was good, but the service was disappointing. We ordered three drinks, but none were served in the correct glasses. The staff changed all of them without letting us know or asking if it was okay. It was also very difficult to get the attention of the servers. We understand they were busy, but after waiting for quite some time, we had to walk over to them ourselves. Lastly, our table didn't even have enough cutlery for everyone. Overall, the food was nice, but the service needs improvement.
