Unki SngThe Bru Coffee was too sweet for me, and the Salt Lassi was a little watery. However, I really enjoyed the Nannari Pudhina Sharbath—it tasted herbal and refreshing. As for the dishes, The Pudhina Chicken Tikka complemented by a dipping sauce, was tender and bursting with complex, aromatic flavors. The Palak Chicken was also fantastic, with a rich and creamy texture. And the Egg Kalakki was soft and delicate. A special mention goes to their Chettinad Chicken Varuval—it was spicy, indulgent, and absolutely unmissable. Very delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to indulge in exceptional Indian cuisine.
Rennie LeeA rly good Indian food restaurant! Our first time at this outlet and we were impressed! The place is conveniently located, spacious (high ceiling) and well maintained! We tried the chicken special meal, which we enjoyed! So many gravies with 2 veges and 1 chicken, plated rly nicely! The rice was also so soft and fluffy, niceeeeee! We tried the rava podi ghee onion dosai, it was interesting and yummy! Nice and crisp, with aroma of rava dosai base, ghee and slightly spicy from the podi powder on top! A lot of onions too for a nice texture. Would recommend! But maybe next time I’ll order without podi as the overall meal is slightly spicy for me (with all the gravies). The sauces that came with it were rly good! Masala tea was good! Impressed by how the drink stayed super hot from the start to the end of our meal! Will definitely return next time!
Ramesh JayakumaranI visited Nandhana’s Restaurant (Ang Mo Kio) and ordered the chicken meals priced at $10.90. The chicken was served as masala chicken chunks — very spicy, flavourful, and really enjoyable for those who like bold South Indian spices. The sweet dish made of vermicelli (semiya) was also good, nicely prepared and a pleasant addition to the meal. However, the meal always seems to come with the same green vegetable side dish. It might be nice if the restaurant could occasionally vary the sides — perhaps adding something like tofu sambal or another vegetable option to provide more variety. Overall, a tasty and satisfying meal, especially for spice lovers.
