  Staff were lovely and accomodating. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade and late check out so we could enjoy our time before the flight. Location is perfect to get around to orchard, little India and Chinatown. Also great air conditioning in the rooms! Thanks to Vincent for his warmth at check in and Anna in the lead up to helping manage issues with booking.com. Next time I’ll book directly through the hotel.

  Had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and cozy, with a great view that made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious choices, and the lunch was also excellent. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

  A very good standard of hotel in a famous and vibrant shopping district. Usually there are plenty of staff there to help and having conversed with them via email prior to visiting they were prompt in response and rather helpful. Building well maintained if a little dated, rooms a little tired but spacious and comfortable. There is a pool located on the 4th floor, which is basic but rather pleasant. There are two washing machines and driers on this floor too, where guests can for a fee of 10SGD wash clothes and dry them for the same price- something I found rather useful.
