KavithaTried the new apple cheese flavor n the new kopi flavor pancakes... Both of this flavors does not come in mee chang kueh but in munchi...for munchi can choose 2 flavours...I choose 1 apple cheese n 1 kopi as both r new flavors... I had to wait for my pancakes to prepare the staff told me... The 2 pancakes 1 loved it... But I had a confusion actually...the staff said the 2 pancakes need to prepare so I have to wait but if it is freshly prepared then y both the pancakes v v cold...🤔 I also buy a soya bean... For the service I was not happy about it...as the female staff I seriously don't understand what she was talking to me...moreover I felt she was rude towards me...I was scared to ask her anything as I felt her tone of voice was like shouting to me... Whenever I go to any shop I like to look around...so when I look around this shop then I came to know muchi pancakes come in 2 n can choose 2 flavours...it was aft I look around the shop that I knew soya bean also got... The shop has got so many different flavoured pancakes on display so attractive...🤓 It is for the 2 munci I tried that I loved it so m giving 3 stars oh n also the attractive display😁 but for service I m giving 1 star i hated it... So bec of the service overall stars I m only giving 3 stars...bec pancakes v v delicious 😊😊😊 but service I m v v not happy 🙁🙁🙁
Emily TeoIf there was an option for 0 star, that would be it. The Nex outlet was highly rated and I thought to give it a try. After a long 50 minutes, I was given NOT what I ordered which was the Munchi Pancake; instead it was the left over Min Jiang Kueh that failed to sell for the past hours. When I questioned what happened to my order, the reason was “my order was given to someone else!!!” This is 50 minutes wasted for absolutely nothing…. All 3 staffs present were unapologetic and simply state the member that made the error was new! That is an extremely poor excuse and a disappointing experience given all the hype of this store. After 50 mins, no munchi pancake to taste…. Perhaps think thrice before wasting your time.
Daphne NgThe Malay male staff wearing a cap backwards was really affable & polite! He helped me to heat up the charcoal hazelnut pancake & said Happy New Year as it’s first day of CNY. His cheerful disposition really brightened up my day, really good service 😆
