Dickson GohI visited Munchi Pancakes at Guoco Tower and tried the Original Charcoal Peanut pancake. The charcoal batter added visual appeal without overpowering the flavour, while the peanut filling was the real star. Generously packed, it struck a satisfying balance between creamy peanut butter richness and crunchy peanut bits, creating excellent texture in every bite. The pancake itself was thick, soft, and slightly chewy, served warm enough to bring out the aroma of the roasted peanuts. While some modern flavours can feel gimmicky, this combination felt well-executed and comforting. A simple snack done exceptionally well, and one I would gladly order again.
