Went in to order prata masala and when I cut open the prata dough only to find it was largely empty with a bit of onions and one piece of potato plus a pea. Yes 1 pea. All for $4.50. Nice dough but it’s largely empty. See the photos attached. I have also taken the prata with my reciept to prove I ordered masala and not “sala onions kosong” ! 4 pictures attached. Looks like we have a rising number of dishonest cases here in Singapore !
Decided to give this place a try. Gets crowded at dinner time. Not many tables/seats in the restaurant. Order at counter and wait for Buzzer to beep. Chicken murtabak was amazingly so dry the chicken inside. Makes one wonder the chicken pieces sold dry too??? Portion huge tho, sufficient for 2 people. Not sure if will visit to try other food.
Order 1 egg and 1 plain prata. Pratas were very rubbery and the curry was salty with a hint of bitterness. Only the teh terik was good. Exp as well. Used to be good in the past. Springleaf prata at yishun safra is way better. Imo can give this place a miss.
