  I have never rated a restaurant one star before but Teh Tarik Cartel at Safra CCK tops the charts. Not only the food tasted bad - the Assam fish head curry was overcooked and with so little gravy that I wonder if the cook ran out of water while making the dish. The female service staff was rude in her reply and gave a kind of heck care attitude which I wonder if she had quit the job and was unwillingly serving her notice. I hope the owner of this eatery reads the negative reviews and reflect upon the quiet business as compared to one year ago when we visited the place. The food was delicious back then and the service was warm.

  Ordered seafood mui fun, end up came seafood horfun, after telling the server that my order was wrong and he brought it away, woman in picture rejected my request, insisted that i ordered horfun instead, brought the horfun back and said " but u see, cook already!" And insisted for me to accept HER MISTAKE. Cook already or not also not my problem, why would i order something that i dont eat? More likely that she hear wrongly, but the attitude is unacceptable. No wonder footfall dropping so much. Hope safra mngt do something about it.

  The server (the one with ponytail) was not friendly and approachable. Prefers to be on her handphone than to serve customers. The way she replied, the way the food and drinks were served by her... Need plenty of improvement. Perhaps your company can send the staff to some customer service training to ensure the reputation of Teh Tarik Cartel will not become worse. - Teh tarik I ordered did not taste like teh tarik. More like tea being sold at normal coffee shop. - Beef inside crispy beef noodle did not taste fresh. Turning stale soon. - Plenty of ice inside every cold drink. So water turns dilute very fast in this hot weather. Please buck up it you want more customers to patronise your outlet.
