Wee Ting KhowThe friendly lady at the counter today gave very good customer service while guiding the trainee. I ordered 0% sugar for the matcha latte. She suggested me to try the drink at 0% sugar and let her know if I need to sweeten the drink. True enough, the matcha soy latte needs to be sweetened. Their peanut pancakes and cafe latte is yummy too
Caris Limtheir pancakes are not fresh. the pancake skin is very dry and cold, they dont even bother leaving it on the “stove” to heat it up before serving. and it was bought on a weekend during dinner crowd time
tzeeethingstaff served anyone who stood in front of the glass cabinet disregarding the queue in front of the cashier. No queue system at all. Or in fact, staff didn’t bother. Outlet is also understaffed.
