JLYHUpdate Feb 2026, 4 to 5 stars - new auntie at the outlet. Fast and diligent. Our soft serve ice cream more chilled, serving also generous. Awesome. Previous review Jan 2026 - Service slightly slow. Outlet is cramp. Soft serve still good.

Linda LimI like it very much , especially the 2 ladies very caring and nice. Front counter service excellent always explains to the elderly and telling us the promotion…I always there on Tues - Fri every morning and she can remember every of the customers and polite. However there is 1 of the elderly staff only see her if I not remember wrongly she only works Thursday or Friday she a bit rude and fierce. Luckily the lady who’s always works on the day I’m around she is in if. It I will skip that morning drink.
