Clarenceordered porridge at 810am and asked if it was available and if they have already started serving it and they said yes. waited 25min and they told me not hot yet still making hot. if it needed so long to make hot isn’t it not ready? make people wait for so long in the rush hour

BT LimThe store in polyclinic Choa Chu Kang deducted 2 times from my nets payment, I informed the staff that my bank already deducted my payment but the staff insist me to pay again and she promised will refund me after checked their bank account. I informed their management that many times for refund double payments but they unwilling to refund, I still haven't receive the refund till now, almost 3 weeks. Why the amount $14.30, they so difficult to refund? Very frustrating.
