Mr. TanWhen you have "AUNTIE" working at mr bean, you know things will be shit. Lousy outlet, lousy and rude manager/staff. Told her I'm in a rush for time yet still let me wait (forever). Won't be patronising this outlet anymore unless the management does something about that arrogant manager. 🙄👎🏻
Margaret TayVisited Mr Bean at JEM today and had such a pleasant experience. The lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly, and what really stood out was that she actually remembered me from my previous visit. That small gesture made the experience feel so personal and warm. Really appreciate her great service — will definitely return again!
