Eugenie WgThis is the worst Mr Bean branch I have ever experienced. They never apologized for the incorrect order and instead tried to place the blame on me. If they were unwilling to make an exchange, they should have issued a refund rather than reducing the portion size , I am happy because no need to eat the dislike meal. The service was extremely poor. They even took away my receipt.
Bonn LimWas waiting for a friend at the bus interchange and decided to try my luck to see if they still had rice balls (around 10pm which is almost closing time already). To my pleasant surprise, the staff said they will cook it but I had to wait 5 minutes which I didn't mind at all. I had been to so many places where the staff would have just said the item is no longer available for the day so I was really thankful for this. The rice balls were a little too soft and mushy though. Would have been perfect if they were a little more firm but can't complain much at this hour anyway 😅 just glad that I managed to get a hot dessert
Martin LeeAlways love their soya bean and grass jelly sometimes slow service but the Rice Bowl is fantastic but very little rice
