TanToday I am very happy as a regular customer at Mr bean kovan. One new employee I saw here was very friendly and wonderful service. Her name is Nurul, because she recommended me with new flavors and I bought it because the service is very good. I just want to buy 1 but she make me will happy today so I buy 6 pcs. And the Pancake taste is really good.
WqStaff are really nice . Even though sometimes its slow but the staff are really nice and patient . They are also the reason why I’ll visit again and again , awesome customer service . Food and drinks are great . Thank you
Lim CynthiaWas at kovan outlet few mths ago. An elderly aunty at counter & i asked to redeem healthy 365points. I was fumbling with hp alittle becos i was holding few pkts of food. She became impatient & told me "next time you have to ready then buy if theres a Q". I turned around there wasn't a single customer at all! Such a rude & attitude lady! Never coming back.
