M LeeBoth staffs were friendly and efficient. We were interested with the ‘Buy 2 get 1 free’ offer but asked them some questions about the promotion before confirming our order. Staff preparing the pancakes also helped to pack our order accordingly. Siew May was very patient and processed our order in a most pleasant manner. She was flexible enough when we told her to see to the order from the customer behind us first when we encountered some delays while accessing the mobile app. Pancakes were delicious, pistachios fillings were nutty and generous!
JKThe pancake was extremely dry and not tasty at all. It felt like a waste of $2.20. I bought the crunchy peanut butter flavour, but it looked more like it was chocolate-flavoured with chocolate powder rather than peanut butter. The overall quality of the food was very poor.
Serene LimVisited the store today during lunch time and POS is down. Mei (staff) took initiative to inform the customers of the wait due to system down and prompted customers to consider using cash payments. In order not to hold the queue, she took down our orders (those with no cash) manually and accepted PayNow to her account. Appreciate that she continued operating during lunch hour and patience with all customers! Not my first time at this outlet and glad that the staff here are always friendly and cheerful!
