Chisa LimOrdered twice from this outlet through food panda, first time i ordered Hazelnut Royale pancake last month but they gave Crunchy Peanut Butter Pancake instead. Then everytime i order Mr Bean through food panda , i will make sure to avoid this outlet and choose Hougang Mall outlet instead. Today i ordered through foodpanda and accidentally chosen this outlet, and to my horror , they gave me Crunchy Peanut Butter Pancake instead of Hazelnut Royale yet AGAIN!!! Hello, please retrain your staff or send them for an eye check 🙄🙄🙄 i'm not sure if the mistake is made on purpose or not, as the peanut butter pancake is cheaper. Not possible to make the same mistake after 1 month from my first order and did the same old mistake TWICE. Please avoid this outlet at all cost!!!
