Mary MaryI am extremely disappointed with the Changi City Point outlet today. Having purchased the Signature All-in Millet Rice here before, I was shocked to receive significantly smaller portions than usual. When I questioned the amount, the staff member was dismissive and rude, stating she was strictly following a '10g' rule (since when?). The meal was so light it barely stayed upright in the bag, and the rice filled less than half a small bowl. Given the inconsistent portions and poor customer service at this outlet, I will advise future customers to reconsider future visits. Also I strongly recommend others look elsewhere for a meal that is actually filling. $9 for a meal is hardly considered reasonable. And given that barely fills bowl, the portion was hardly filling, even for a petite woman like me.
Anna Lau HYMr bean at Changi City Point is one of the rare outlets selling matcha soya ice cream and it’s really impressive ! It’s not sweet and the matcha taste is strong.
