Yi YinReally bad service in the evening. Went to the store at around 8pm yesterday and there were three employees. One significantly older staff was busy shouting while the cashier was really slow with one drink order, while allowing another customer to cut q without acknowledging that I have been waiting for my turn to order. Not my first time having an unpleasant order with this young cashier. Left the shop without ordering. Understand it was close to closing time and one of the staff was busy cleaning the area with soap, but there was literally a tub of edible ice beside it, made me uncomfortable too. Really hope the management look into this situation and hopefully train your staff better with better customer service attitude.

Be clear & precise in your order don't play with your phone when ordering and talk properly to people. By the way you are supposed to greet seniors ..........communication is 2 ways !
ri fieschiall time favorite flavour pancake is cheese, hazelnut royale, and truffle mushroom? idk if they still have it but i bought 5 get 1 free. also i love the beancurd with the peanut riceball. super soft and sweet blends well with beancut. the staff here is friendly and kind. :)
